The studio works with interior designers and architects across Iowa and the broader Midwest, on residential and commercial projects where the furniture needs to fit the room, the client, and the design intent.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

  • How does trade pricing work?

    Trade pricing is a standard 20% discount on all custom commissions, confirmed when your application is approved. You can pass the savings through to your client or build it into your project fee. Either structure works. Designers who bring repeat work move to a higher tier.

  • Can I bring my client to the shop?

    Yes, by appointment. Nevada, Iowa is thirty minutes northeast of Des Moines. Shop visits are welcome and often useful at the material selection stage.

  • What is the current lead time?

    Lead time is published on the Process page, where it is kept current. Custom commissions are typically booked several weeks out from approved drawings.

  • Do you provide installation?

    In Iowa, yes. White glove delivery and installation are available for projects within driving distance of the shop. Outside Iowa, the studio coordinates with a freight partner and a local installer at the project site.

  • What about insurance and freight claims?

    The studio is fully insured. Freight is insured separately on every shipment. Damage during transit is rare, but if it happens, the studio handles the claim directly.
